My U6KQ has the stands far apart, runs Vidaa and only got three HDMI ports, but it is mini LED here in Germany. Also only 399€ after cashback for the 55" version.

In Germany/Europe on the package it says mini led full array local dimming with vidaa. I dont know why this tv is so different all over the world.

Hello. Thank you for making SA based TV reviews, your content is really helpful. After watching your reviews on the U6K and the U7K, I decided to sell my Hisense 58inch A6K and went on to purchase this Hisense 65inch U6K. Thank you so much for the calibration settings, you’re a lifesaver, they helped a lot to make this TV look really really good especially the color temp feature. When I try to update my streaming/video settings I can’t see the option for “HDR Dynamic”, it only shows “Dynamic” please assist with this🙏🏼

If im not mistaken, some of the U6K's has a VA panels and some use IPS. Im actually unsure which panel the SA version uses.

I will wait for the reviews on the u7k and u8k, should you be reviewing them. This is a decent TV but probably not one I would be happy committing to rocking with for 5 years, so why bother buying it in the first place.

Thanks for the review guys. Was looking forward to mini led at such a good price point. But sadly as always SA always gets the short end of the stick while other regions always get the best that Hisense has to offer.

Just purchased this model brand new in the box set it up, fantastic picture quality. 2 hrs later I noticed 6 dead pixels grouped together.. The company will exchange it for me with the same model its Just 1 of those things😏

Here in India hisense u6k use Google TV os 120hz refresh rate, full array local dimming not mini LED, 3 hdmi
