What is this new closed caption that appears in youtube that will not close when you click on the "X"? It appears on a black background across the bottom of the screen. And how do you turn it off???
The cc button doesn't affect the above and it just on Google browser.

I know how to turn them on and off, but every video that comes on has my closed captions on and I don't want them on all the time, how do I make that stop? Thank you
