Thank you, honestly your videos were my main support to complete my case. I decided to do it on my own because all the lawyers I went to wanted to make it a slow process. I educated myself, read manuals, and also watched your videos, and I knew that my husband and I qualified to complete a full adjustment of status and submit all the forms I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-693 at once. I am grateful because your videos helped me a lot. Thank you so much for motivating the community to do this process on their own, to take control of their cases, avoid RFEs, and prevent extending the case and wasting more time and money as well.

Правильно ли я Вас поняла, что если у меня условный статус гринкарта на 2 года после визы невесты, то для получения следующей на 10 лет необходимо, чтобы муж как спонсор подал форму I- 751, чтобы изменить мой статус, а затем подать форму I-90 на постоянную гринкарту? Прочитала, что USCIS с 22 января 2025 года отменяет все требования к заявителям на изменение статуса на статус законного постоянного резидента и совсем запуталась. Спасибо.

YES, can't wait for the i-90... i was stressing because i applied my ds-260 in my maiden name and will more than likely receive my green card under that name. so was wondering how to go about changing my last name with the i-90 form and if i should just provide my foreign marriage certificate or if i have to renew my foreign passport with husbands last name as proof first.

I have a question. We recently filed an I-130, but my wife couldn't find her birth certificate. We sent all other evidence besides that. Do you think we will be denied? Im so stressed out 😵💫 I want to file I-485 and I-765 but im worried if the I-130 gets denied then they will all be denied and that's $3000 down the drain. I dont know what to do
