My R7 Mako is a great little firearm. For me, who loves Glock 26s, it’s like Someone said “ let’s take a Glock 26 and fix everything from the optics capability to accessory rail, ESPECIALLY the trigger, make it easier to rack the slide, give it a better texture, and increase the capacity with very slightly less size and weight.” This is of course is pertaining to the original smaller R7 Mako.

have original r 7 mako , open sights , no problem 12 inch plate at 50 yards , shot a steel challenge match with it open sights , didn't finish last , the carbon compact is the next step and im sure it is much more than the sum of its parts , if they come out with a full size 5 inch 18 round i will buy that in a heart beat , trigger is good to go as is , kimber might be on the right track with striker fired guns , who would have thought

Seems like a great option for a lefty. I cant think of another pistol that has ambi gas pedals. On the trigger topic, people dont understand that defensive shooting and competition shooting are entirely different. This seems to have an appropriate defensive style trigger.

That's one thing I really like about FDEZ designing their P365 barrels, the remove the chamber indicator so your optic isn't getting fouled up.
