As that other guy said, it's pretty important to get under the bar more. Makes it way easier and safer when dealing with heavier stuff, so probably a good idea to practise that with some lighter stuff for now. Good perseverance with that lift either way though - if you get the proper form down, you'll be doing way more in no time!
On the highest point of the jerk you hotta squat more. Move your body under the bar. Thats how I was taught
