Only one tip, slice it and take a bite so we can all see the texture

@shannenchin9825

I like how you explain the logic of why water is added, cold egg white trapped air better etc. this kind of tips help to understand why those processes are important. Thanks for sharing.

I have always wanted a video a cooking video to so slow, one step at a time and even explain things to me slowly, like why we do this. It is a big help not only keeping me on track with the current task it also helps with my ADHD.

@daughteroftheking1671

I’ve made this 3 times. I’m telling you :THE BEST SNACK EVER !!!
I’m shocked how easy actually it is to make. Yes , some time consuming but totally worth it.
If made also as a pizza crusts. Sooo crunchy!
I do let mine stay on dehydrater till is very crispy ( 12 hours )
I made chocolate waffles. Just added cocoa and alulose sugars substitute. I do make mine super thin. THANK YOU !!

@SafetySpooon

Spooning the mixture is best, because it's LESS MANIPULATION of the batter, less breakdown of the air bubbles.

Cooking is for the love of art because this takes so long to make only to get devoured in few minutes. But that doesnt mean we need to stop, it means it shows our love for the art of cooking❤

@GreetedNut

Can I just say I felt like you grabbed me by the hand, led me through a beautiful grassy meadow, and gave me a heartfelt sermon on making fluffy pancakes.

@robinjagtap22

tried watching this video at 2AM. The soothing voice and the piano melody made me feel asleep.

@Panbaneesha

For anyone with WHEAT ALLERGY like me - I used 2/3 rice flour and 1/3 chickpea flour (and oat milk instead of dairy), worked pretty well.
Mine weren't quite as high (the batter was not as stiff), but they were the fluffiest pancakes I've ever made.
