The way you setup the video I thought for sure poop was going to be involved. 😂
“It’s okay to make mistakes here” subscribes immediately 😂
This is the least gross compost situation I’ve ever seen. Very contained , looks really simple and nice. Hope your garden loves what you’ve made with your dedication to sustainability and minimizing waste, & rewards you with beautiful food!
"Its ok to make mistakes here" what a beautiful sentiment, I wish the internet was more like that.
"It's ok to make mistakes here" in the calmest sweetest voice ever .. that did something 🥹
"half of you are going to think this is really gross" Never in my life have I met someone who thinks compost is gross. Much less, half of the population.
"It's okay to make mistakes here" warmed my heart
Her voice is simply angelic.
Okay, WAIT! I'm going to be VERY vulnerable here. I am a newbie/to old to be a newbie to self sustainability person. I have never known the process of what it literally looks like to turn your scraps into compost. Like the length of time, to the different times of breaking down, to the sifting, to the sifting again. What I'm trying to say is, thank you! This video was perfect.
Worms speed up the decomposition. A garden without worms is dead.
I have that tumbler and I just keep adding more food on top of the composted stuff and rotating side to side instead of sifting it. This was really helpful to see. Thank you.
The worm egg was probably on some vegetation you put in the compost bin. The stickers are food grade and edible.
black gold love it! thank u for inspiring us to pursue sustainable gardening❤
She's got such a beautiful voice, it's really nice to hear 😭
The first time I sifted my compost I was in absolute awe of how amazing it looked! I'm hooked on making my own compost! Black gold indeed 😊
Your compost looks so nutritious. I bet your plants thrive! Thank you for sharing your tips for inspiration! 🌿😊
people think THAT is gross? That's some of the cleanest compost I think I've ever seen, and it's great that you are using your own compost rather than relying on companies to make and ship it in bags to you.
As a country guy living on a small 40 acre farm, I approve this message. Keep doing the small things. Remember that the secret to composting is to keep it wet.
Composting is so fascinating to me, I’ve been taking my food scraps to my city’s drop off location for 5 years now. Also, I would love to see a video review of your ebike! I’m thinking of getting one but I live in an apartment with stairs and cannot imagine carrying a heavy bike up and down the stairs 😭
