Hi, my grandmother was from Hungary and my father taught my mom how to cook like her but most was lost when my parents passed. I love the recipes you show and use them too.
Sophie. Itβs so refreshing to see your smile while you teach us your secrets. Itβs all like we know you and the family. Great recipes today. As a retired chef (57) years in the business, I learn from you. Thank you much love from Texas USA
What a beautiful display of work on 4 chicken recipes!! I have #1 as my favorite out of the 4. I usually bake chicken in the oven with spices, but now I am using the Air Fryer. Looks like i need to break out the cast iron skillet and enjoy a delicious Hungarian chicken recipe from my favorite cooking channel on Youtube. All...from the wonderfully talented "Chef Sophie" and her amazing cooking channel. π₯°π€©ππ€ππ
