The best non margarita cocktail: Ranch Water. Well, I guess it's more of a well drink? All the same, I'm watching this 12 hours after it was posted, and in 4 hours it will be National Ranch Water Day. Which is why I'm watching tequila videos, lol.... but i could go for this Los Altos! Where I live, pineapple and rum based cocktails rule, and its hard to find good tequila. I REALLY like these pineapple tequila ideas. Pina, pineapple, things that just make sense together. Thanks for a great video!

I love how versatile tequila is. I like to get creative. Adjust amounts to suit your taste. Reposado, lemon juice, Aperol, cherry bitters, margarita bitters, cran cherry, serve in glass rimmed with Halo del Santo. Cheers!

The Tequila Matador 1.5 oz tequila blanco 2 pineapple juice .75 lime juice shake serve up The Tequila Eastside 3 cucumber slices, 2 in tin mint leaves in tin muddle 1 oz lime juice .75 simple syrup 1.5 tequila blanco shake serve over large rock; garnsih with cucumber slice and mint The Red Grasshopper .75 honey syrup 1 lime juice 2 tequila (still strength recommended) shake serve up; garnish with smoked paprika The Los Altos 1.5 tequila blanco .5 mezcal 1.5 pineapple .5 lime .5 simple syrup shake serve in highball with ice top with soda water garnish with pineapple fronds The Spaghetti Western 1 tequila reposado .5 mezcal .75 amaro nonino 1 dash orange bitters stir serve over large rock; express orange peel and leave as garnish

Great video, thanks for some nice new recipes. I've made the Los Altos a few months back and it was definetly one of the better tasting tequila/mezcal drinks for me, who is not a huge fan of either.

Excellent collection of cocktails here, Lui! I don’t make enough stirred tequila cocktails myself, so I’m definitely giving that spaghetti western a shot. I can finally use my bottle of nonino for something other than paper planes 😂

Great timing, Lui. With summer approaching I’ve been trying some lighter, refreshing recipes rather than my go-to old fashioned. The pineapple cocktails look amazing, I think I’ll try those with the Fortaleza blanco my wife scored today 👍🏻

I love cucumber in any drink. I like to put a cucumber slice and sone mint in the glass after straining the cocktail on the glass..your take on it may he different
