hello from barcelona 🇪🇸 after solo traveling in asia for a few months, i finally begin the europe leg of my digital nomad journey in barcelona💫 traveling alone on a new continent is exciting, but i can't shake the feeling of "otherness": why do i feel like i don't belong, even before i left?

as i get lost in the sea of tourists exploring gaudí’s architecture, discover hidden neighborhood spots, and invite myself to a local event (because why not?!), i travel back to the root of my feeling of alienation, and find healing in community and connection.
