Rodrigo Duterte's plane has stopped over in Dubai and he is now believed to be flying to the Hague after his arrest at a Manila airport on an International Criminal Court warrant. The arrest had been the result of an ICC investigation into what Mr Duterte had called his 'war on drugs'.
