The man is running a cart like a machine where he sells Pav Bhaji. People are waiting for orders and you will find waiting most of the time. He makes a lot of 50 plates every 10 mins with 1 kg butter used in every lot. The place is called Bombay pav bhaji in Mohali. The plate cost is Rs. 90 with 4 Pav and Rs. 120 with 6 Pav. Its a huge plate and fills a stomach. The owner is a smiling face and runs this everyday. Street food in mohali is high in demand. we also covered sardarji next to pav bhaji where they sell kadak aloo tikki. They are also famous and the family works together to make it run. We all often travel to Chandigarh and these places can be tried incase you crave for Chatori Food. I was accompanied by Oyefoodiesingh who suggested the place to us.
