I remember the time when I decided to transform my health and took on a 90-day challenge. I made a promise to hit the gym five times a week, no matter what! Even on days when I had no time, was exhausted, or felt unwell- I still didn’t skip the gym.
But that doesn’t mean I tortured myself. On tough days, I did whatever I could in less time. If I was feeling low or unwell, I would just go and do simple stretches. The goal was simply to show up.
