A friend from Italy showed me this trick! I have never eaten dessert so delicious!

► Recipe and ingredients:
Peel of 2 lemons

40 ml lemon juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
400 ml cream (33-36%)
200 g condensed milk
Add lemon juice and stir with a spatula, the mixture will thicken by itself
150 ml cream (33-36%)
120 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar
Lemon juice or lemon flavor
I greased the mold with water and lined it with cling film
2 packs of dry biscuits
Place in the freezer for a few hours
Almond flakes
Syrup (coconut, caramel, maple)
The lemon dessert keeps its shape perfectly and is incredibly delicious!
