Khoresht Fesenjan (Walnut stew with meatballs)

Showing you how to make Khoresht Fesenjan (the casual way). This is a wonderful stew made with walnuts, pomegranate molasses and meatballs. You can also make Khoresht Fesenjan with chicken or duck for elegant gatherings. I will make one of these variations sometime in the future. :-) I didn't put in Aloos (dried plums) because I forgot to pick them up at the market. It's even better with the Aloos added! :)
