I had the BEST Wagyu Beef Brisket Barbeque of my LIFE in Tokyo Japan
Slice of Life BBQ is a small white truck located on a side street in Harajuku Shibuya Tokyo Japan
The beef briskets are smoked from 10-12 hours at their main restaurant Smokemanship in the famous holiday town Karuizawa resulting in juicy, fall off the bone meat that is to die for!
The serving sizes are HUGE so I highly recommend going hungry!
