Today we learn how to make perfect manglore style Chana and Tondekai mix Curry or sambar
Nothing beats a home made curry slowly cooked to juicy perfection on my feber hob glass stove burners. The automatic gas stove ensure even cooking
Take washed Tondekai into a bowl,to this add chana 1Cup and add turmeric powder 1 spn and keep in Pressure cooker
Heat up some oil into a pan add onion finely chopped on high flame
Add jeera and mohari 1tbsp
Saute on low flame for cuple of minutes
Then add 1 tomato finally chopped and put red chilli powder 2 tbs in pan
Dry roast dry coconut and take it out
Then cover with a lid, pour some water on to the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
Allow the roasted ingredients to cool down
At last add chopped fresh coriander leaves and our delicious Tondekai mix Chana curry is ready
Enjoy with jowar roti or bajari kadak roti and chapati also reagi roti

For gravy

Dry coconut 1Cup greated
Onion 2 finally chopped
Tomato finally chopped 1
Garlic paste 1table spoon
Ginger paste 1table spoon
Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Kanda lahsun masala 1sp

For sabji

Tondekai 2Cup
Chana 1Cup
Oil 2 tbs
Salt 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
Water as per required
Garam masala 1sp
Jeera powder 1 spn
Dhana powder 1tbsp
Hing 1 pinch
