Moong Dal Cheese Burst Pizza
Servings - 3
INGREDIENTS
Soaked yellow mung beans - 550 grams
Green chili - 1
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Tofu - 70 grams
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/8 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/8 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/8 teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Cheese spread - 50 grams
Troovy Healthy Pizza Pasta sauce - 2 tablespoons
Troovy Healthy Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Broccoli - 2 tablespoons
Boiled sweet corns - 2 tablespoons
Cherry tomato - 2 tablespoons
Black olives - 1 tablespoon
Pickled jalapeno - 1 tablespoon
Pizza seasoning - 1 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 550 grams soaked yellow mung beans, 1 green chili, 1 tablespoon ginger and blend it well.
2. Transfer, this into a bowl and whisk it well.
3. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon coriander and whisk it well.
4. Cover it with plate and rest for 30 minutes.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and whisk it well.
6. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add prepared mixture and spread it evenly.
7. Cover it with lid and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
8. Open the lid and flip it gently.
9. Again, cover it with lid and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
10. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
11. In a bowl, add 70 grams tofu, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/8 teaspoon oregano and mix it well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
12. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add marinated paneer and cook for 2 minutes. Remove it from heat.
13. On a baking tray, place prepared chilla, add some cheese spread and cover it with another thick chilli.
14. Add some Troovy Healthy Pizza Pasta sauce and spread it evenly.
15. Add some Troovy Healthy Tomato Sauce and spread it evenly.
16. Add some mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onions, broccoli, boiled sweet corns, cooked tofu, cherry tomato, black olives, pickled jalapeno and pizza seasoning.
17. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and bake for about 7 - 8 minutes.
18. Place it on a board and cut it into slices.
19. Serve with Troovy Healthy Tomato Sauce.
