अरविंद केजरीवाल पहली बार बड़ी चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहे हैं। चुनौती बाहर और अंदर दोनों तरफ़ से है। पार्टी में उनका प्रभाव लगातार घट रहा है। दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजे आने के तत्काल बाद पंजाब के विधायकों को दिल्ली बुलाकर उन्होंने बताने की कोशिश की कि बॉस वही हैं। पर पिछले साल भर से वे राज्यसभा की एक सीट ख़ाली करवाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिल रही । इसके लिए स्वाति मालीवाल से अपने सरकारी आवास में मारपीट तक करवाई। अब पंजाब से भी कोई राज्यसभा सदस्य इस्तीफ़ा देने को तैयार नहीं है। केजरीवाल की मुश्किलें बढ़ती जा रही हैं। भाजपा केजरीवाल के प्रति कोई नरमी बरतने को तैयार नहीं है। भाजपा क़ानून और राजनीति दोनों स्तर पर केजरीवाल की घेराबंदी कर रही है। केजरीवाल को समझ में नहीं आ रहा है कि क्या करें। चुनाव के समय उनका समर्थन करने वाले दल और नेता नज़र नहीं आ रहे। केजरीवाल पूरी तरह अलग थलग पड़ गए हैं।
