We've been invited to stay at my cousin’s magnificent new home in Toscana Valley, Khao Yai - a place so stunningly Italian, you’ll have to remind yourself you’re still in Thailand!

Our adventure begins with a train journey from Hua Hin to Bangkok’s Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal, followed by a connecting train to Pak Chong, the gateway to Khao Yai National Park. With no hotel bookings, we embrace the spontaneity of travel, leading to some incredible surprises along the way!
