► Recipe and ingredients:
120 g butter
melt, but do not bring to the boil
260 g semolina
Mix well to form homogeneous crumbs
Stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes
5 tablespoons of cocoa (50-60 g)
120 g sugar
360 ml milk or water
stir to avoid lumps
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly
After boiling, let it cook for about 2 minutes
Mix well and cook for another 3-5 minutes
The mass is very soft and plastic
Cool the mixture slightly so that it is easier to work with.
Roll into balls about the size of a walnut
about 2 tablespoons of cocoa
place in the refrigerator for several hours
