Ken Rona on Giving Quick Feedback to Hold Others Accountable

In Chapter 9 of 17 in his 2014 Capture Your Flag interview, digital media executive Ken Rona answers "What Approaches Do You Use to Hold Others Accountable for Their Actions?" Rona shares how he gives feedback to his team members often and directly far in advance of any performance review. He finds a level of trust develops after working with a team for two years that promotes a familial culture receptive to manager coaching. Ken Rona is currently Founder and CEO of YourCall.tv, a digital media startup allowing anyone to become a broadcaster. At the time of this interview, he was a VP Audience Data and Analysis Platforms at Turner Broadcasting. Rona earned a BA and MA from Stony Brook University and a PhD in Behavioral Economics from Duke University.
