In this episode, Nanny Deb visits the McDowell household. Eileen McDowell nags her three sons constantly. If they clean the house, leave it to Mum to find the spot they missed. Dad Kevin is the ultimate contrast to his wife, he would rather play than parent and when the four guys are together, the wrestling begins. To make matters worse, the youngest child Christopher throws epic tantrums if his Dad leaves him at bedtime, so consequently no one in the family has had a good night's sleep in a staggering two years! Michael, the sensitive middle child, gets lost in the chaos whilst the eldest son Ryan pushes his Mum's buttons at every chance he gets until she explodes! Nanny Deb gets Dad to stay out of Christopher's room during his tantrums and to Dad's amazement Christopher gets to sleep within 15 minutes. Finally, Nanny Deb encourages Mum to give her sons more positive attention. When Mum enjoys some time alone with Ryan, he relaxes and his misbehaviour, and Mum's nagging, become a thing of the past, especially when Mum and Dad learn to work as a team.
