to one page,
maybe two if you have
a lot of experience.

And really focusing on
what is the most important
and relevant information
for that recruiter to
know.

So if you're applying to
a role and you've had
a very similar position
for the last three years,
you know, put that towards
the top and use those
bullet points to
focus on your accomplishments.

Data and statistics
around what you have done.
You know, if you made X
number of hires in this
amount of time, or you
created training for X
number of individuals
and found X number of
success, whatever that
looks like, whatever those
data points and metrics
are that you use to measure
what you're doing, well,
put those numbers in there.

Those numbers are
really great indicators
of obtaining success
at your organization based
off of what you were measured on.
