Easily one of my favorite cuts of all time served with flavors of curry, parsley and charred eggplant. I dont know if you’ve noticed but I have a thing for sauces, ones with intense flavor and color to be exact.

It looks so simple on the plate and I really mean it to be.
Sometimes I get caught up in trying to make it look a certain way just for the sake of it but really the work is in executing the techniques correctly. Thats what makes it worth it.
