Ken Rona on Designing Custom Workspace for Diverse Work Teams

In Chapter 16 of 17 in his 2014 Capture Your Flag interview, digital media executive Ken Rona answers "How Did You Go About Designing Custom Workspace for a 45-Person Business Team?" As a manager, Rona is tasked with designing work space for a team of nearly 50. He faces decisions about quiet space for developers and social collaborative space for product managers and works through a process to accommodate individual needs in a way that is best for the team. Ken Rona is currently Founder and CEO of YourCall.tv, a digital media startup allowing anyone to become a broadcaster. At the time of this interview, he was a VP Audience Data and Analysis Platforms at Turner Broadcasting. Rona earned a BA and MA from Stony Brook University and a PhD in Behavioral Economics from Duke University.
