How To Make Star Wars Blue Milk

CRAIT | A Star Wars special inspired by the mineral planet of CRAIT (and, of course, a nod to Bantha blue milk)

2oz chilled Darjeeling tea
3/4oz simple syrup
1oz heavy cream
1oz coconut cream
3/4oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Splash of orange blossom water
Blue Spirulina for color
Cotton candy as garnish

Place tea, syrup, both creams, lemon, OBW, egg white, and spirulina in shaker. Dry shake or froth to emulsify. Add ice and shake until fully chilled. Double strain and garnish with cotton candy.

Carefully drop water on top of cotton candy to melt it into the drink, recalling the rhodochrosite mineral deposits of Crait.
