Areas Covered: Development authorities of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Agra, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, and Kanpur, including a 3-kilometer radius around their municipal limits.

Processing Fees:

Country Liquor Shops: ₹65,000

Composite Shops: ₹90,000

Model Shops: ₹1,00,000

Cannabis Shops: ₹25,000



2. Second Category:

Areas Covered: Large cities not included in the first category, along with a 3-kilometer surrounding area.

Processing Fees:

Country Liquor Shops: ₹60,000

Composite Shops: ₹85,000

Model Shops: ₹90,000

Cannabis Shops: ₹25,000



3. Third Category:

Areas Covered: Municipal areas and their 3-kilometer radius.

Processing Fees:

Country Liquor Shops: ₹50,000

Composite Shops: ₹75,000

Model Shops: ₹80,000

Cannabis Shops: ₹25,000



4. Fourth Category:

Areas Covered: Nagar Panchayat areas and their 3-kilometer radius.

Processing Fees:

Country Liquor Shops: ₹45,000

Composite Shops: ₹65,000

Model Shops: ₹70,000

Cannabis Shops: ₹25,000



5. Fifth Category:

Areas Covered: Rural areas.

Processing Fees:

Country Liquor Shops: ₹40,000

Composite Shops: ₹55,000

Model Shops: ₹60,000

Cannabis Shops: ₹25,000
